- Fully understanding the Project Quality Control Plan
- Preventing Nonconformity and
- Providing Quick Response & Effective Resolution to Identified Issues.
The overall responsibilities and authorities for implementation and verification of the Quality Control Plan will be delegated to the Project Manager through this statement.
We are also committed to continuously maintain and improve this Project Quality Control Plan.
