Mr. Huỳnh Tấn Đạt

Founder & Senior Advisor

A civil engineer who graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology in 1999, Mr. Đạt brings over 26 years of experience in the construction industry. He spent more than 10 years as a senior engineer with leading Japanese contractors — Kajima, Obayashi, Nishimatsu, Shimizu, and Hazama — and another decade as General Director of major investment and construction companies. As founder and senior advisor, he is the guiding force of TDC VN, especially on its most strategic projects.

Mr. Huỳnh Tấn Phúc

Director

A civil engineer from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Mr. Phúc has over 20 years of experience in project management and construction supervision. He has led numerous large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects, with expertise in EPC contracting, design & build, and renewable energy. As Director, he oversees key projects directly, making sure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Mr. Huỳnh Tấn Hiển

System Management Advisor

An Information Technology engineer from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Mr. Hiển has nearly 25 years of experience in management systems and IT infrastructure. He built and continues to optimize TDC VN’s management framework, bringing efficiency, transparency, and scalability to the company’s operations.

Ms. Phạm Thị Yến Chi

Chief Accountant

With more than 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, and auditing for major corporations, Ms. Chi brings deep expertise in financial management and corporate accounting systems. As Chief Accountant, she safeguards the company’s financial health and supports strategic decisions with accurate financial insight.

Dr. Wong Kuok Yong

Technical Advisor

A Malaysian foundation and structural engineering expert with a doctorate in geotechnical engineering, Dr. Wong has nearly three decades of experience. He has served as Director at international design firms including Ong & Ong Vietnam, Geolab (Vietnam), TWT (Singapore), and CK&A (Cambodia). As Technical Advisor, he provides engineering guidance that keeps TDC VN’s projects safe, durable, and well designed.
