As main contractor, we handle civil and finishing works, MEP, firefighting systems, and interior fit-out under one contract, including fire safety (PCCC) approval. Where the client requires it, we renovate while the factory stays in operation, with minimal disruption to production. Our largest renovation to date covered 99,730 m² at Jotun’s factory in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park.
